   Awful horrible rude staff that who have no problem discussing you whilst you’re waiting. I’ve just tried to ring them to arrange delivery of my prescriptions so I can move to a different pharmacy and again I was confronted with arguing nonsense. Every time I answered her question she would want to reiterate how she wasn’t at fault. Don’t bother going her, they discuss you and aren’t shy about it

   I visited Broomwood Pharmacy on Tuesday, 13th February 2024 at approximately 12/12.30. I spoke to the gentleman (the pharmacist) about problems I was having with pain in my elbow. He was so helpful even taking the time to print off information for me which to me was above and beyond what I expected taking into account how busy he must have been. So thank you so much. It was greatly appreciated. Every time I go here the staff always treat you with respect.

   I changed from timperly town pharmacy Wells The pharmacist there is awful so is the staff so I decided to give broomwood pharmacy a try My god what a brilliant team I cannot praise them enough always helpful to when you call up the order and also will go out a mile to help you Also the driver who delivers is also friendly I couldn't praise this pharmacy enough 5 stars more like 10 stars ⭐ Thank you and keep up the hard work
