Used so many builders Merchants over the years for my odd jobs but none have been as helpful and polite and friendly as the staff at the Birmingham branch of Tippers, it wasn't as if I was a big buyer , I went in a couple of times in a week and was served by different members of staff all I can say is the staff at this branch are brilliant and a credit to Tippers , even the fork lift driver stopped and helped me load some bags into my car , excellent customer service .
