Highly recommend booking in with Shannon, she’s been my barber for almost a year and I travel over 20 minutes for her to do my hair. She gives great conversation, matches vibes, cares about her work and her clients as well as giving you a sick haircut! The shop as a whole is very clean and inviting and other staff members have a laugh and chats aswell. Overall 10/10 - highly recommend Shannon at Kraft for and barbering needs.

Booked an appointment online and gave my card details to secure the booking. Arrived 3 minutes late to an appointment, due to parking restraints on the road. I apologised for this. The shop was empty. But was told I couldn't continue with my appointment because I was already half way through it and it would conflict with the next booking. I was then charged £18 for a missed appointment?! Clearly have enough clients to not welcome new ones. Real shame!
Absolutely amazing place. Awesome staff, great modern premises and such a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The coffee shop next door is worth a look too!!! Will be using for the foreseeable future! Just wish I could give it more than five star's
Was a very good experience, especially as I normally dislike getting my hair cut. Kieron did an ace job and the place felt really professional considering the current pandemic, as well as the staff being nice and friendly. Will definitely be my regular barbers from now on.
