   Wilko is always a pleasure to go to. Staff is not always helpful or welcoming. Operating system is a bit complicated but Wilko is great place when you need little bits and bobs.

   This is far better than the Wilko's at Tamworth. Firstly, they have stock, which is always a good idea. No empty shelving. Secondly, friendly helpful staff, who answered my questions and when they didn't know, asked another that did. Well done.

   Store is close to bus routes and there are always people outside begging which makes you can make shoppers feel akward. Good range of products and very competitive prices. Queues are always long and staff are filling shelves rather than getting queues down. The self service was closed while one person serving.

   Standing in a que that reaches half way to the back of the store whilst ONE cashier serves and staff walk around doing nothing is totally unacceptable. Get more staff on the checkout its a complete joke!
