   After researching into a good training academy and owning one myself, I chose Zen, haven’t regretted it for one second, the staff and trainers go out of their way to make you feel welcome and even though at times I felt a little out of my depth with certain areas Stacey was there for me guiding and supporting my journey and never leaving my side, she is totally amazing at all she does, made a true friend there. I will be back for more courses and know that I will receive 24/7 support, thanks guys you are all truly brilliant

   Terrible experience here. Arrived for my appointment and was kept waiting outside in the cold and rain for 10 minutes only to be eventually told I couldn't have my treatment as my product hadn't arrived, thank you for letting me know!! Needless to say customer service terrible, communication terrible, not impressed at all with the highly unprofessional way they treated me as a new customer!! Obviously will not be returning here.
