I used some ear drops to clear my ears but they did the exact opposite. My right ear got fully blocked and I felt like I was under water. I got my ears syringed here and it was such a relief. It was £70 for both ears but I felt so much better after it.
The staff are helpful and provide an excellent service. It was very convenient having access to a clinical pharmacist, who could prescribe antibiotics at the weekend rather than travelling miles.
Fantastic pharmacy. I cannot speak highly enough of the pharmacist and all the staff. Polite and all very helpful. The shop looks clean, tidy and well stocked. Every time I have been in, I have always been greeted with a smile, nothing is ever too much trouble.
I want to give this pharmacy 5 stars. Its friendly, quick and late night services have really helped me in the past and very accommodating on one occasion where they were just shutting at 9pm. And was able to get me my emergency script. I was extremely thankful. I imagine I will continue using this fantastic service in the future.
I used to like this pharmacy and have been using for 6 years for my medication. Unfortunately I had a recent terrible experience with one of the pharmacist when I attended for flu vaccine. Its started with pharmacist asking if flu vaccine was private or NHS, when I answered NHS, the pharmacist when onto ask me why and if I have asthma infront of a fully occupied waiting I area. When I answered I will not disclosed my personal information infront of a full waiting room, the pharmacist then replied "fine I'll ask you inside" without an apology. Whilst having the vaccine I had to pull out my arm from my jumper, so had my arm and part of chest exposed. Straight after the injection, the pharmacist opened the door, leaving it open and me exposed to the full pharmacy. This was in seconds. They did not even wait 30 seconds for me to cover myself. This defies all ethics of maintaining patient dignity and information governance.

Have used these guys since they opened and have always found them to be helpful, polite and offered a great service. I have a repeat prescription and I simply phone them a few days before I run out, they put it through to my docs who sign it off and I then pick up the meds. Never have I been let down by these guys.
Just amazing!!! I called in to pick up a multi-prescription package with some obscure medication for a friend of mine. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful and go that extra mile. Well done and thank you.
I can’t praise them enough. After my doctors made a mistake with my prescription I ran out of heart tablets on a Saturday morning.I called into this pharmacy and they couldn’t of been more helpful. Thanks again absolutely brilliant service.
