   The GP referred me to this pharmacy for consultation. The pharmacy said "I am not a child" and refused to see me. Please avoid this disgraceful place.

   Whenever I would come to Tesco Pharmacy I feel not satisfied with such an unfriendly staff, they are not addressing concerns properly and such a dismissive and rude attitude. I was absolutely livid with the utterly appalling customer service. Unfortunately it has not been improved for such a long time. Considering that I would not recommend Tesco Pharmacy in Alty.

   Yesterday night I have been an experienced the worst customer service I ever had in my life! I went to collect an urgent repeat prescription for my child (ordered through 111). The pharmacist called Mustafa Al-Liabi not just wasn’t helping at all! Moreover he had found funny that I’m temporary on UC and can’t afford to buy a regular prescription for my child through the counter as a single mother. He laughed and asked me 3 times: “I can not understand why you can’t pay for this on your own?” He was trying to push me to pay for it. Which I am happy to do, but unfortunately I can’t afford it at the moment. Mustafa Al-Liabi was the most rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, unkind and mentally abusive person! I have heard about the same awful experience with them from a lot of my acquaintances in here, but wasn’t ready for such ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour! Such person should not serve customers and should not work in NHS system in general! I would not recommend this Tesco pharmacy to anyone! Such an ashamed person for the whole NHS system!

   Not worthy of single star in my eyes. Worst experience with service on evening of 7th Oct as they were totally rude and unprofessional. Don’t have common sense when treating customers and they seemed pretty unbothered and argumentative with the conversation.Won’t be considering or recommending Tesco pharmacy in future.

   As previously mentioned the Altrincham Pharmacy frequently don’t answer the call or terminate the call without answering. When they do answer their manner can be quite rude and abrupt. I have now stopped using them altogether as when I put in a repeat prescription for my mother, who has many medications, they do not let me know if there are any issues. This results in a week later having to call and find out there is some issue with one or more of the medications. They never let me know if there is a problem, which leaves me rushing around trying to get last minute medications as my mother has run out. Totally unhelpful and I will not be using them anymore.
