   I was asking for the customer toilet and the server Jackie was acting very racist towards me, saying she can’t understand me ,my English is very good and she was telling me I can’t speak like this in here all the customers could understand me and were trying to help her to understand what I was trying to say.she began shouting on me I explained you can’t talk to customers like that she got very agressive.I asked manager for complaint form he said there is no such thing and even if there was nothing would happen because he is the manager. His name is Dan the whole team was very rude to me during this embarrassing experience,I hope that the head of selco will deal with this I will be contacting the police

   Ordered a set of drawers and they came from China without the bases. Popped into Selco's and they helped me find the correct board and spent time measuring and cutting three pieces. Only cost £7. Great friendly service. Life savers.

   Extremely disappointed with the breakfast, the food was cold and not properly cooked and it took 15 minutes for the food to arrive.

   Went today to order materials, for a job I start wednesday, was excellent, especially as Carl came off his lunch break to help order the materials I need. The price was fantastic and I will have my materials delivered to site on the day of my choosing, great store, great customer service as always cant fault selco and there staff, especially Carl.

   I called here on the off chance they may be able to help me with some missing shelves for a cupboard. Mel, the manager answered the phone and was extremely helpful and invited me to come in straightaway so that he could get the materials cut for me. He talked me through the process and said that I should ask for him when I arrived. When I attended Mel wasn't immediately available but I was assisted by a bunch of friendly and welcoming staff who all went out of their way to help me. I was in and out the store within approximately 10 minutes with the shelves cut perfectly to size and I had some extra material left over. Just as I was about to leave Mel became available and came to introduce himself and to make sure I got everything I needed. I was so impressed with the level of customer service all round, I had to leave a review. The warehouse is right on my doorstep and I will not hesitate to return should I require any other building/household equipment.

   Attended in December as regularly go to Selcos being a tradesman. Went in for wood and it needed to be cut. Waiting at the wood counter where a member of staff said to keep pressing the bell and someone will eventually be with you. 30 minutes later and still waiting a guy went past on a digger and laughing said, it doesn't work, cant you see the sign. (There was no sign), I figured he was joking and awaited another 5/10 minutes or so. Eventually a young guy came and said have you been pressing the bell for ages? Said yes and he said, well its not working and he thought I would of realised. After the complete disregard for there customers I went to walk out but realised I may as well go the toilet before starting a new venture to find a shop that cares. I was then horrified by the pictures attached. Completely disgusting and I will never return to this store. Fortunately for them, the staff and toilets are brilliant in Shirley or I wouldn't return full stop.
