Great Store, great range, quality manufacturers and ALL under warranty....... What's not to like..... Great quality and service with a smile!
1 star is too much. I went into the store for an exchange today waited 45mins at the customer service desk. Customers walked out due to lack of service/staff. The staff that were available were extremely rude. Uninteresred in serving us. Several customers including myself asked when we can get some service. A man called Stuart spoke very loudly about us to the so called manager a young blonde girl. We heard him make remarks as there's a lot of impatient customers today. We were stood right in front of these two idiots while they were making rude comments about us. I didn't know Curry's customer service is this disgraceful. The worse part was the so called manager was getting involved. If these jokers don't know how to provide good customer service then they are in the wrong field. Avoid Currys in Sutton cold field - Princess Alice shopping Mall.
Great variety of products but waited 20-30minutes to get hold of a staff member to serve us. We knew what we wanted and it should have been a 15mins transfer. It took 45-1hr. The staff were great. It wasn't their fault, they were overwhelmed. I counted 4 members of staff... they were all racing round, but 4 people can't staff a superstore
Visited 1st of November 2025, Poor range of stock in store and the staff are uninterested in helping..if you can find one. When I did manage to speak to someone, they where watching a video on their phone, referred me to another member of staff who, inturn wasn't interested in helping. I walked in with money ready to spend, and walked out with money ready to spend. The range is great online, the have stock and you can have next day delivery, so save yourself the journey and just order from Amazon. Exactly the same level of customer service with less hassle. And they wonder why bricks and mortar stores are closing....
My partner & I collected a TV today from your store and I just wanted to write my praises for your lovely colleague Jordan! He served us with a smile, he was very informative & helpful. Went to buy a new coffee maker The one which I wanted was out of stock as it's been on promotion for a while , The staff was friendly and showed me what they had in stock on her iPad, Got an extended warranty for free and 50 coffee pods from Nespresso due in the post Thank you
Quite a small store but they try to pack in the stock to have something to offer. Service has been a bit hit and miss over the years but was very good on my last visit. Nice that it's local (I just wanted a look at a specific model) but I'd rather go to the Wednesbury branch if browsing for a product. So it is good for what it is, service seems to have improved but nevertheless it is still quite small/limited

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my life I never write a review but it was that bad I had to! I was there to buy a washing machine and oven and was walking round asking for help for 20 minutes once someone finally said yes after 5 no’s they couldn’t be more uninterested if they tried as if they were annoyed they had to serve me! 0 communication and was whispering between each other instead of just talking to me. If I wasn’t absolutely desperate for what I needed I would have left but will definitely never go back! I asked the most basic question and was given a dirty look & no reply to which I ended up just walking away
Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a new cooker to be delivered, fitted and the old one to be taken away. Day of delivery, they said they couldn’t fit due to a gas leak. Had a gas man out who checked and said no leak in the house. Re organise for the cooker to be delivered and no one showed up. Now saying got to wait until 28th if space available. What am I meant to cook my Christmas dinner on, the toaster! Poor company, won’t be using them again!
