Came in to purchase my tool box set, staff were really helpful and pleasant, even brought it out to my van on a sack truck! Staff are a real credit to the company! such a different experience to B&Q, i will be coming here first in future just because of your staff, they deserve recognition!

apart from the excellent prices and being really local.. I found the click and collect option really well sorted out. Often get a text within 15 minutes and then go and pick up. Friendly staff and smiles.. unusual today with so much pressure on people. Great branch to deal with.
Came in 5 mins before closing for a small pick up order, and had to wait outside closed doors until worker came outside after closing time to insist she closed on the hour of closing.

Waited nearly 10 mins while 1 staff member was speaking to customer about something they don't sell.seen 4 other staff backwards and forwards behind counter who couldn't even be bothered to take my order so I went to toolstation and got stuff. I won't bother with screwfix again.
Very nice staff and very knowledgeable about the building trade. They do give good advice and good recommendations. 99% of the time, they have what you need in stock. If not its like 24 hour order and comes next day. Worth popping into. Good parking space aswell.
