Got my hair cut by Abdul. Exactly what I wanted. Great skin fade. Been coming here for over a year now and I am so happy I found this place.
Looked at the price list on the website before nipping in at lunchtime. No2 back and sides and a quick tidy up was all looking fine, but then he charged me £16. Can't even see that price on the website! I'm not one to make a fuss and quite happily walked away. Won't be going back though.
My regular barber has left, so I took a chance and went back and saw a different person. Asked for the back and sides doing and received an "indifferent " cut which took less than 5 minutes, for the £15 charge. The "barber " seemed distracted, no attention to detail, nothing. I've been a loyal customer for some years. I won't be returning.
This was my favorite barber shop years ago, what happened to this place? The new barber doesn’t know what he’s doing! I even showed a reference but it’s nowhere near. Doesn’t even know how to properly fade.
I do not typically leave reviews, but due to the treatment I received, I felt compelled to do so. I am not angry, but rather disappointed with the poor service. I have visited this establishment twice. On my first visit, I intended to get a haircut there, but one of the barbers directed me to their other shop. Despite telling them that it was fine for me to get my haircut there, the barber insisted, stating that they also owned the other place. When I returned today, the same barber repeated this behavior. To put this in perspective, the shop was completely empty except for the two customers currently getting their hair cut. I was not in a hurry, so why was I being asked to go elsewhere when I specifically chose this shop? I decided to politely ask the barber why he was insistent on me getting my hair cut at the other shop. He became defensive, claiming that there was nothing special about me to remember and that he was not "discriminating" against me (which I had not mentioned). He then said that I would not be getting my hair cut there again because of this complaint i made. Having visited many salons, this was the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. Sending a customer away for politely voicing a concern is unacceptable. This behavior is completely abysmal. I am deeply disgusted and would not wish anyone to feel the way I felt today.
Perfect place for a men’s haircut at reasonable rates. I usually get my hair cut by George or AA. Both do a very nice haircut. I am sure others will be good at their job too.
I have used this Barbers since 2012. They have been amazing with me and my children. Excellent service, friendly staff and nothing is ever too much
First time visit today - very welcoming/friendly along with a quality cut & fade.
Really unprofessional barbers. Wasn’t happy at all. And paid £15 pounds for a two minute haircut . Usually pay £10 and the professionalism is higher
I’m a student and just got my first cut in Leeds, they did a great job! I’d recommend if you’re looking for a good haircut. The guy who cut my hair seemed very experienced and clearly knew what he was doing.
