Changed the delivery 3times and I never got any response when trying to get any answers via Amazon, where I bought the product. Total waste of time.
Had us wanting around for day supposed to deliver in 2 days been over 5 days customer waiting tradesmen waiting. Total waste of time total loss money waiting around seriously by from reputable supplier companies like just cost more money in wasted time
Amazing service. I forgot to change my address on Amazon so messaged Homefast bathrooms in a panic, they were amazing and got my parcel to me safely and changed my address for me. A*****
Bought goods via Amazon, everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong, right down to them FINALLY delivering faulty goods and EXPECTING ME TO SORT OUT THEIR FUNK UPS.
Ordered loads of radiators from them on ebay and promised 2 day delivery. Delivery did not happen then they sent an email to say there was a delay with no further information. No answering any emails or updating me on the situation, and I now have a plumber who can't start work when he was booked, and the radiators were supposed to be sprayed before installation and that hasn't been able to be done either. Not impressed at all. Thoroughly terrible customer service!
