Phoned to book in for a cut after a recommendation by a friend. Asked if I had visited before and when I said no I was told point blank they were not taking on any new clients and put the phone down ! I always understood the hair salon system to be appointment based, if there is available appointments you were offered them or waited for an available appointment. Did not realize you had to be part of an elite membership club ! Astoundingly arrogant to turn away genuine customers in my opinion. Not even a discussion or time scale when they were taking on new clients! Never mind I won't bother trying again there is a million hair salons in the area and my cash spends anywhere!
