   We ordered 10 fence panels which were great quality and we done it all online. They were even delivered on a Bank Holiday at the same delivery charge of around £8. Only setback......I do miss talking to a real person but sadly everything nowadays is computer or via a automated service.

   I ordered some sand; they delivered it nowhere near my house. I complained, but they didn't care or ask me if I was able to move the sand on my own. They refused to take the sand back. They said they could move it the next day, but rain was forecast for the afternoon, and my builder told me to keep the sand dry — so I had no choice but to move the sand with a wheelbarrow and cancel my afternoon meetings. I would have expected at least a refund for the £20 delivery. I didn’t read the terms and conditions when I ordered the sand, and I wrongly thought that when they asked for my phone number, the delivery driver would take the initiative to call me on delivery to ask where to put it. The driver came, dropped the sand off, and left without any communication at all. I think this was stupid behaviour, which I told Buildland Customer Services — who took offence. “Lazy” is more accurate. Moving the sand was very inconvenient, but I managed to move it before it rained. I thought Buildland would see that what happened here was wrong, but they don't agree at all. I won't be using them again.

   I phoned the store twice to confirm they had the correct product. I travelled a hour and half to get there. I pay for the items to then find it wasn’t the correct product I specifically asked for before informing them of my time and distance. So three hours wasted plus my fuel as your staff have no knowledge. The member of staff still insisted it was correct. If I wasn’t clued up I’d of Caused thousands of pounds of damage. Fuming isn’t the word !!!!!!
