   We considered three local flooring companies to provide & install our Amtico flooring & we finally chose Solihull Flooring Ltd. Their prices weren't the dearest but also not the cheapest. Steve & particularly Liz were very obliging with floor samples & advice to help us come to the right decision that we finally made. Phil our installer did a great job in both hall & kitchen & whilst there was a slight issue later with some tiles having to be re-layed, Phil was back within a couple of days to correct the issue to our satisfaction. We are delighted with how it looks & would highly recommend Solihull Flooring.

   Fantastic company. We recently had amtico fitted by Solihull flooring and are thrilled with the result. From choosing the type of floor, to the tile and finish, Mark was really helpful giving us advice and showing us styles within our budget. Found the prices to be very competitive. The fitters did an excellent job, working swiftly and were very tidy. Highly recommend, and will certainly be using again when we have another project. Photos show during and after fitting.

James, Ryan, Steve and the team went above and beyond to put down LVT and carpet in my new house and were always responsive to our questions They really listened to what we wanted.    We have recently used Solihull Flooring for quite a large renovation project, and can only but recommend their products and services. Their showroom is excellent and the staff are at ease, polite and helpful. Their products are not the cheapest, but the quality is great. It is truly a family run business, which builds a level of trust that larger franchises and internet shops may struggle to compete with. We are ever so pleased with our new floors, and the framework around our bedroom fireplaces. Finally, we have enjoyed having Ryan around to fit our floors, a true gentleman and most competent at his job. Also, a big thanks to Steve and the team at Solihull Flooring.

   DO NOT USE. Karndean flooring installed incorrectly. Did not follow manufacturers installation instructions and cover subfloor floorboards & chipboard with ply despite invoicing us for the privilege. After chasing for 1 year Solihull Flooring still refuse to acknowledge they are at fault. As a result our floorboards are visible and the manufacturers guarantee is invalid. Evidence is below... I refused the derisory offers we managed to extract from you after a further 12 months as the entire floor needs replacing. Kardean have confirmed to me in writing they are unable to honour our 10 year guarantee due to your incompetent installation. How can you claim to pride yourself on the quality of your workmanship when you can't even follow the manufacturers installation instructions.
