   Lovely friendly welcome into the store with tea or coffee and mince pies offered without any obligation to purchase. We were visiting to buy a bed but the store has beautiful furniture throughout. There was no pressure to buy but we did purchase a bed which we felt was competitively priced and happy to buy from a family run business! Would highly recommend Midfurn in Alcester!

   We visited the store today to purchase some Italian leather chairs. The prices were comparable to those we had already seen at other furniture stores on the Internet. However Jeremy Speed gave us a generous discount and he was extremely attentive and efficient and also sold us an aircraft (Concorde) ! We will certainly shop there again for quality furniture.

   We were very pleased with the delivery of our sofas on the 5th December. (Sorry for the delay in providing this review). Each item was unpacked on the drive and brought into the house and placed where we requested and then assembled. A demonstration was provided of all the reclining options and for the care of the sofas. A perfect delivery from two very helpful and obliging men.

   Just had a console table delivered and a large 3 panel mirror which needed to be placed above. We wanted the table top to be glass and a specific size so that it fitted nicely alongside the dining table. Midfurn sorted all this out for us by initially contacting the manufacturer, to find out if what we wanted was actually possible, when we called into the shop. We were given a warm welcome and kept informed with progress. The delivery team took their time to make sure everything was perfect, with the table and mirror being fitted exactly where we wanted them to be. We are absolutely delighted with the results. This is the second time we have bought from Midfurn and based on our experience, we believe that they are a good company with very knowledgable staff and a fabulous showroom - a must if you are looking for quality furniture and good advice.    Excellent service from this superb family business. We received great advice, along with friendly and patient service, on our numerous visits to the store, as we chopped and changed our minds about sofa styles and colours. When we finally made up our minds and went with Duresta, the sales process was extremely smooth and the sofas arrived well before we expected, as Ben went out of his way to secure the fabric for us before the Summer shutdown. Emma was extremely helpful in making the delivery arrangements, and the delivery team - Stuart and Jamie - were super-efficient and helpful. All in all, an excellent experience, and we will certainly buy from them again. Highly recommend.

   What a pleasure it has been to deal with Midfurn. From the first contact by email to the delivery and assembly of our new Hypnos Bed. Well done Ben and the team and especially the two delivery guys who made it look so easy getting a King Size mattress upstairs. Very highly recommended. No need to go anywhere else. Sue.

   We purchased a pair of expensive FAMA VENUS swivel/recliner armchairs in 2015 from Midfurn Alcester. One of the chairs has recently developed a mechanical fault. I immediately contacted Midfurn seeking their advice in having the problem resolved. I was not looking for anything for nothingh. I am happy to pay the going rate to have it repaired but Midfurn have proved to have absoluterly no interest in their customer satisfaction once their warranty period has expired. As regards FAMA FURNITURE I have found it impossible to locate anyone remotely interested to even giving a quote to carry out the repairs. Which appears to be connected to a missing spring, They appear to be untouchable or unmendable! My advice is to think very carefully before buying from Midfurn or buying FAMA furniture. They are both very off hand and dismissive. I am faced with taking our otherwise perfectly good piece of furniture....to the tip!

   Superb range of quality furniture offered in pleasant surroundings with outstanding customer service from friendly and helpful staff. Up to and including the ladies in the accounts office who make nice coffee through to the delivery drivers who bring your purchases in to your home and assemble everything with the upmost care and courtesy. Can’t recommend this place enough.

   Quality furniture, at a fair price. Some reviewers have commented on the quality of the customer service, which I can't believe, as I can't fault it. The guys have always been helpful and tolerant of my indecisiveness. This is a big store, and it's full of high quality, well designed furniture sourced from around the world, that in itself should be commended!! They'll have what you need, even if you don't know what that is yet...
