   Came across the sign to this place in our wanderings looking for somewhere for dinner on Saturday evening - tucked away up a side street this place is worth seeking out. They had just opened at 6pm and the lady owner (?) managing front of house accommodated us without a booking. Light bright fresh interior with a fire going in the log burner! We had the table next to it. We just had main courses from the specials board - can't remember what it was called but I went for slow cooked lamb in white wine, apricots and almonds - intensely savoury with hits of sweetness and texture from the nuts and soft lamb pieces- i chose rice as an accompaniment and also used the strips of complementary grilled pitta to mop up the sauce. Delicious. Good proper homemade cooking and seems authentic . Highly recommended. Wished I had ordered the baklava for dessert after all now. Friendly young girls serving who were able to interact with customers and answer questions and give recommendations. Good dining experience

   Very tasty food ! We tried the pork and chicken skewers with chips . Nicely cooked and succulent, and nicely seasoned. The orange Greek cake was delicious. Baklava was great as well and big portions. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and homey . Definitely recommend!

   We popped in pre-carnival for a quick and tasty early supper. Choice of food, good. Service friendly and quick. On one of their busiest nights of their year, we felt like welcomed guests.

   A pop up Greek taverna based in Wells. I saw a sign advertising and being a fan of Greek food, I decided to give it a try. The place was spacious with polite and attentive service and also offered outdoor seating in good weather. I ordered the pork souvlaki and a main village salad. The salad was alright, the olive oil used tasted thin compared to decent greek olive oil which was what I was expecting for the cost of the salad. The souvlaki chips were nice along with the tzantziki however, the bread was a little burnt, and the souvlaki was ok but nothing comparable to some of the good Greek food you get in London. Unfortunately, the price was a little high for what you got in terms of quantity and quality. I sincerely would like to see this place improve and succeed in the future.

   Great little restaurant, booking recommend at weekends. Our waiter was fantastic. Kindly fitted us in between bookings as we had no reservation. They don't advertise a kids menu but will do nearly all the mains as a half portion, which is basically half the main bit (meat/fish) and just as many chips and sides. Service speed was spot on and the waiter was attentive enough to know we mattered but not so much he became annoying. Children really liked the imported Greek sour cherry fizzy drink. I highy recommend the burgers 'not in a bun'.
