    Absolutely shocking experience today in Winwick Rd drive thru. The customer services non existence when the order has been placed. 3 drinks taking over 12 minutes to make, no apologies for the delay no eye contact from the lady. I had to confirm which drink was non dairy. Order not fulfilled again I had to say still no apologies . No one was cleaning the tables or clearing dirty pots away. A lady came to the counter to ask for a cloth to clean her table, well the colour of that cloth should have been binned let alone used. Again no apologies or I will come & clean the table etc. The staff abilities, their awareness to the cleanliness of the sitting area is beyond any recognition of hospitality & should not be anywhere in this Costa let alone away from the customer facing positions. Avoid at all cost. This has not been the first experience of this chaos but thought they were just having a bad day & everyone deserves another chance- definitely never again.

    You can drink coffee, but there is nowhere to sit because no one cleans the tables.

    We order our coffees through drive in. It’s really sad because the people making coffee have absolute no idea how to make coffee. Milk was burnt, no froth, just really disgusting drink. And there is card saying something like “no one makes coffee like we do here at costa” so I really hope so that’s the truth because I wouldn’t come back.

    Came in at 6 am only one person in.i asked to drink and eat in the lady behind the counter put my drink in a cardboard cup.i asked if I could have it in a porcelain cup which were right in front of her and her reply was I can’t be goin back and forth I’m on my own.she wasn’t busy at all and id just spent 15 pounds in there not good service at all

    This place needs cleaning the toilets are terrible the seats are filthy5.35 for a medium hot chocolate surrounded by filth !

    7 or 8 days now no hot cross buns, no tea cakes, have stopped doing crumpets, have doing doing M&S salads. Very disapponting.
