    Fine for what it is. Staff are nice enough. Bathroom was not at all clean enough though - understand middle of a busy shift but should be suitable for use at all times

    Worst coffee I’ve had in years. I don’t understand how this shop can be so busy with this poor quality. I noticed that all they’re coffees taste very similar, no difference between a cappuccino and a flat white and a Latte. Very disappointed Costa !!!

    What lovely staff, you can tell they enjoy working together and as a team. Friendly and helpful. The vegan sausage barm and coffee was really nice.

    The manager was very miserable looking. No smile or acknowledgement when handing drinks over. She let the side down. Other staff great and served very quickly even though the queue was massive. Would recommend the Nutella Croissant and Cinnamon swirl
