   Ordered a mini greenhouse on line. Went to collect within the hour. Prompt service on collection . The store was not that busy so was served straight away. Parking at rear is available. one suggestion is, there should be a bell at the rear of the shop for click and collections as we had to walk around to the front ofstore to collect and then carry the item to the rear . Fortunately it was not heavy.

   Just bought a fertilizer box. Under the box the price tag said £3 and I went to cashier the price was 3.5. A customer assistant went back to check the price and swap the label or printed another label. After I paid the price ask I went back to check the price and a new label was under the product. As I customer I must take a picture with the price tag. Nice practice that show a lot..

   The staff in Brownhills Wilco are ways ready to help the customers, on my visit today I asked for advice on window cleaning products and a member of staff recommended the Marigold Crystal Clear Window Cloth and I have to say a big thank you as it is brilliant, cleaning windows so simple and easy now Thank you Wilco

   The item I went to buy did not have enough stock. However, the sales lady offered to go in the back and check the new delivery but still no luck so she went onto their system and checked which local stores were showing stock so that I wouldn't have a wasted journey going elsewhere. Excellent service in these days where everything seems to be rushed

   Always liked Wilko great prices, but i have to say recently you ask for a refund has they overcharged me without checking for price changes.I showed proof of purchase on my online banking, still they questioned what goods i purchased. I went in again for a straight forward swap to be charged again where customer services should of refunded me the difference. I realise throughout this pandemic retail as been hit the hardest, but it doesnt give consumer confidence to shop in this particular store. Wake up brownhills give customers their right change!

   Always liked wilkos great prices, but yesterday i just wanted a straight forward swap. Customer services are not refunding customers properly. I realise retailers are struggling but it doesnt give consumers confidence to shop in this store. They have made a few other mistakes not price changing in the store and over charging me.

   This is one of my favourite Wilko stores. If you go in after 2pm or so, it is quieter. There is not usually a queue either. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
