The craftsmanship is really really good and they listen to their customers very carefully. I have never had a haircut outside of this shop for past 4 years. Can’t complain, brilliant service, warm hospitality and skilled people. I would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a good haircut.
I had the pleasure to step in as a walk in and the previladge to be served by one of the best Barber in Leeds if not THE BEST , for about a year I've been looking to find a really professional barber. Tried this barber after reading the reviews, very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Owner offers free drinks while waiting which was a very good customer service experience never seen this before in a barber shop also I'm really fussy when it comes to the finish on my hair cut and every time I've been its been spot on.

Booked an appointment for 16:15 via Booksy. Arrived in time for the appointment to find someone already in the seat, however I appreciate this can happen. After waiting 15 minutes for the barber to finish with this customer he then calls another customer in. I asked when/if another member of staff would be coming to work with me as i’d booked, to be told to come back the next day. After informing the barber this wasn’t possible he then advised to come back in an hour. Very disappointed that I’ve had to sit there and then raise the question myself over 15 minutes later and would expect better service. I was also surprised to see how unclean the store was although I can appreciate they’re busy I would still expect them to keep on top of cleanliness.
