I come in here quite often and every time I do, no matter the time of day or business of the cafe, the customer service is outstanding. A young lady named Abigail in particular always goes above and beyond to greet with a smile and is so lovely and friendly. It really brightens my day and I hope she realises the positive effect that it can have on people
Becca needs a raise. Very friendly service and went out of her way to make an Earl Grey, just the way, my demanding kid, asked. If delayed waiting for a train I highly recommend.

Not many seats in here, or you can say just a few seats inside, maybe 5 or 7 tables in this costa. However, still a good place to buy a coffee when you need to transfer in this station. After getting your coffee you can go to the station’s waiting room rather than sit on the shop.
Have used this branch several times when changing trains at Bank Quay. Prompt and professional service every time so far
A delicious ham and cheese toastie heated to perfection. A regular cappuccino was in a cup the size of our latte bowls which was also magnificent. Served by very friendly efficient staff in clean and tidy surroundings.
It is fine if you just have a few minutes to kill while waiting for your train, but it is very cramped and not an ideal place to sit. While I have only been here once, I found the coffee to be poor, even with syrup it was unusually bitter; if you want good coffee, you would be better served going elsewhere. On the bright side, it is clean and tidy, with friendly staff.
