   Absolutely horrible person come to me and said ,you shold lieve the starbucks ,because like a argue was i'm using socket for charging my phone.1h before was order and spend more than 15£ for order,and to charge my phone ,like a argue i have to order again something ,and (polite asked me to leave) Never ,never again. HORRIBLE,AND disgusting attitude towards customers!!!THATS WHAT I WILL SHARE TO ANY OFF MY FRIENDS!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 10min off charge my phone!!!

   I have been here a couple of mornings on my way to work. The last time I went in the lady serving me was rude, abrupt and made me feel really uncomfortable. No eye contact, no please or thank you and just huffed making my drink. And then to top it off my mocha was like dishwater, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for her to make my drink again. I wouldn’t mind but the prices are quite high and the least I’d expect is for my drink to be made properly.

   This is the first time that I have ever been to Starbucks and I don’t think I’ve ever want to go again it was a disgrace the tables were dirty and I asked someone if they could clean my table the answer was short of staff so I cleaned it myself sorry I didn’t have a brush to clean the floor it was a disgrace and food not much better and over priced.

   Oh how this place has changed! Staff definitely need some training on how to treat customers. First thing would be eye contact, possibly a smile or even a greeting. Secondly, how to clean the tables & wipe up spilt coffee on the floor before someone slips on it. Finally, how to actually make a coffee, especially a flat white. Perhaps they could go & visit the Starbucks on Winwick Road for some tips!

   I went into the Starbuck in goldensquare yesterday afternoon. Both memebers of staff saw me, both of them walked past the till I was standing at numerous times, neither addressed me. Neither looked at me. Neither said "wait a moment" or "I won't be a long" absolutely nothing. I was standing like an idiot with a pleading smile, hoping one of them might finally serve me only for both of them to walk into the back completely ignoring that I was there! I've never ever been treated like that and I'm so surprised to experience it for the first time in a hospitality environment. I am always so polite to all the staff when I go there so to not be treated the same is really saddening. I won't be going there again.

   Great choice of tasty vegan food, but coffee bitter and not nice. Staff working hard, but more to clean tables could help. Toilets could do with a deep clean.

   Asked a staff member if the oat milk was gluten free and she responded “no because it’s oats@ in a kind of attitudey tone. Just FYI gluten does not = oats. Plenty of coffee shops incl Starbucks use gluten free oat milk.

   No issues on ordering the drink. Staff on the bar, behind the counter, should be focusing more on making the drinks instead of their holiday plans. Or stopping to have a chat. Especially while the customers who were waiting, were there over 10 mins. I was there for 14 minutes. Some customers were getting agitated. I understand that at particular times it can get busy, nevertheless the main point of focus should be making the drinks and getting them to the customers as quickly as possible.
