   Rude pharmacist, only asked her to put a medician seringe in with my daughter's prescription She said no she's 7 she should be able to use a spoon. This was at 8.30pm My daughter had to take the same medicine when she was in hospital and kept throwing it up hence why we don't use a spoon so she can take it slowly. It's not allowing me to call tried emailing and calling the store and no response

   This is ridiculous they make you wait for 15 minutes whilst they chat on the phone, they think we are all free like them, very disappointed with the service, I will be changing the collection services and go with boots the chemist. I have also lodged an official complaint about this as this is not the first time its happened, its every time not just with me but with other elderly customers as well. The ladies staffs are the worst thinking they are doing us the favour in fact its us doing you the favours by keeping you in your jobs, if we stop using your pharmacy so you realise what will happen to your chemist? Think about it and if the senior member of the management is reading this, it's about time you train your staffs, they are very prejudiced towards Asians even though you employ few of them who are just as bad

   I have to say that i really liked my visit in here . Staff was very friendly and allways ready to help with any kind of healt issues that you are having. Sometimes its better to visit tour local pharmacy than going to your GP. You can avoid making of appointments and waiting inside of room full of ill people.
