“I have been with postbox pharmacy for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my medication,I’m never left without medication always arrives before my medication runs out,I’m on a medication that there is a shortage in the uk but this pharmacy goes above and behond to get it imported from another country,also the delivery drivers that this pharmacy use are very pleasant,please give this pharmacy a try it’s a small growing business you won’t be disappointed,keep up the good work postbox pharmacy.”

“We took a prescription to this chemist the other day, but they didn't have the nasal spray in stock. However, every chemist we had tried before hadn't got it in stock, but none of them offered to order it like this pharmacy did. We were able to pick it up the next day which we thought was excellent service. Thank you IQ Pharmacy for being so helpful.”

“The reception staff went above and beyond when handling my concerns during initial phone calls, arranging my appointment and on my visit. Helen, the vet, is well known to me as both knowledgeable and caring. She is the reason I use this practice and she didn’t disappoint. She diagnosed, reassured and prescribed as needed and was both caring to Betty (my dog) and reassuring regarding my concerns. One couldn’t ask for more and I would highly recommend this practice to any caring owner of pets,”

“Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”

“Great shop for all your essentials for pets. Our Shih Tzus love the AVA Advanced Nutrition kibble for Shih Tzus and the pate in the tin. No issues at all with them refusing to eat which has happened with other brands in the past. They also drink more now as well which is good.”
