Excellent all around. The reception staff are friendly and fantastic at what they do - informative and deal with the insurance claims on every visit. Vet Helen is absolutely briliant with our dog, and her approach to resolving our dog's ear infection and allergies has been spot on so far. After being to two other Vet clinics over the last 2 years, this is by far the best. Everything you'd hope to find at clinic for your loving pet - friendly, caring, efficient, knowledgeable and informative, with a clear plan of action. Thank you.
The reception staff went above and beyond when handling my concerns during initial phone calls, arranging my appointment and on my visit. Helen, the vet, is well known to me as both knowledgeable and caring. She is the reason I use this practice and she didn’t disappoint. She diagnosed, reassured and prescribed as needed and was both caring to Betty (my dog) and reassuring regarding my concerns. One couldn’t ask for more and I would highly recommend this practice to any caring owner of pets,
Friendly, helpful & understanding staff. My boy has been in good hands on each visit so far. Treatment, on the occasion he was poorly, was delivered professionally. We are in our 3rd year and all is great. He loves his visits.
All the staff from receptionists to nurses and vets are so helpful and even over the phone or email they will give the needed advise. Appointment and medicine is easy to get. That's all I need.

My little fur baby Izzie was spayed at Vets for pets. The Veterinary Nurse who met us to take Izzie was lovely and helped to make us feel less worried. Izzies operation went extremely well and she recovered very quickly. After 3 days I sent pictures of the wound and then a few days after that. Both times I received a call to discuss how Izzie was and waa given advice. I would highly recommend Vets for Pets in Prestwich.
