We had to have our 16 year old dog put to sleep, I want to thank all the team at T A irving for their help and advise over the years. A special thank you to Michaela who has been great with Noodles and her personal phone call after she had heard that Noodle had passed.
Had to have my 18 year old cat put to sleep today and the compassion and understanding that was shown by everyone at the vets was outstanding. My boy went so peacefully and was surrounded with love and care. The vet was excellent and lovely with me too. Would highly recommend this vets and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Been taking my very nervous cat here for three years. The staff are lovely with her. Everything runs efficiently and is reasonably priced.
First time visiting the practice today after being recommended by multiple people. I took my kitten in for her first vaccination and was pleasantly surprised that she had a full check over at the same time since I assumed i'd have to make a seperate appointment for this. The vet was really thorough & had such a caring nature. I have faith that my girl will be in good hands & as an FYI the pet plan is brilliant value.

Always so professional, compassionate and considerate! What I love about these vets is that you can tell they genuinely care for your animals. Very reassuring. This is probably the only vets I've visited that don't extort you. They are honest and won't try to sell you something you don't need. 5* experience with staff that are an absolute credit! I know I couldn't do any of their jobs. If you love your fur babies, trust in Irvings. You won't regret it!
Staff are polite but no personal service, vet hardly looked at my dog on his first visit for assessment and booster, nothing personal about this vets . Extremely disappointed. Will look elsewhere. My previous vet before we moved was wonderful with such a personal service, this vets it’s only interested in money I feel. Assessment was perfunctory. Didn’t ask the history or was interested in anything to do with his health . I literally volunteered information. Don’t use these vets . Do your research .
I've only had one visit with my frenchie since moving her here due to not being happy with her previous vet. Toffee is a regular at the vets due to complex health issues and with her old vet I just never felt like the appointments were personal to her. Visiting the vets is now unfortunately part of her life and I want the people treating her to be as invested in providing her the best health care as I am. From the minute she walked in she was greeted by the receptionist (this wasn't really a thing at her old vets even though she's been a regular for 3 years). The vet she seen was absolutely fantastic with her. She received a full health check and all of her conditions were actually looked at and examined, again something that isn't usually done for her. As a pet owner we all want the best for our pets and feeling like the vets want the same too should be a standard in their care, but you'd be surprised how it hadn't been for her. I always felt rushed at our appointments and this experience was far from that. I'm looking forward to continuing the relationship with this vets, and hope they love Toffee just as much as I do.
First time ever to a vets surgery, Took my new puppy who I have only had for 4 weeks for his second jab. We immediately felt at ease the whole team are great and you can see how they all love each and every animal that enters the building. More than happy to join the pet plan and would not think about going anywhere else now
Good vets but the reception staff were not very attentive and seemed to be on their phone a lot of the time. Further, our cats were waiting for an appointment with 3 large dogs barking in the room. Most vets have a separate/quiet area for cats and smaller animals and Irvings should really invest in this!
