   Sorry to say we were disappointed with the treatment of our cat recently, don't get me wrong the staff were fantastic and even stayed late for us. Our cat was suffering from a respiratory problem brought on by what we think was a scented candle. We told the vet this, but it fell on deaf ears and they kept our cat all day and did lots of unnecessary tests in our opinion and then produced a total bill of £880 but came back with no remedy. On getting our cat home and doing some research I purchased a £15 bottle of feline nose relief off Amazon that's cured his problem. We have been using this vets for over 25 years with our animals and been satisfied. We just feel that we spent a lot of money on tests that would probably have been unnecessary had our concerns had been addressed at the initial examination in the area affected. Col Update: I called the the practice to discuss this matter as asked on Thursday 14 March and was told by reception they knew nothing about it, after a brief wait they told me someone will ring me back on Friday, guess what !!!!!!!

   They don't get to know your pet. I have a big staffy, he looks scary but he is friendly if you make the effort to get to know him. They showed him fear and made me muzzle him. I understand the muzzle but if your profession is a vet surely you shouldn't be showing an animal your afraid Whilst everyone else in the waiting room stroked him and enjoyed getting to know him
