Staff didn't seem to care, there was no reception so you dont know if you are on the list, a couple of ultrasound staff were rude and arrogant. I was waiting for ages. If you can go someplace else..
When you arrive at the front entrance it's an automatic door. You won't find anyone on reception, just an empty reception with lots of advise and directions signs. You will find a big poster about verbal abuse, bit useless when there's no one there to talk to. A friendly guy sat at a table in the corner, a sort of meet and greet person, he'd nothing to do with reception. My text message had directed me to the fourth floor, so up in the lift, only to see another empty reception. Again loads of must do signs . So you take a seat and someone will shout out for you. I saw elderly folk wandering about clueless. An ambulance crew dropped off one old guy and he hadn't a clue. You could roam around this building totally unchecked. I smelt weed in the lift. When I finally got seen I mentioned all this and was told we're not part of the NHS, we're a private company. The whole setup is not geared to helping you have an easy experience. DO NOT LET AN ELDERLY LOVED ONE ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT HERE ON THEIR OWN. IF YOU KNOW ANYONE GOING TO ATTEND, WARN THEM. AN ADVICE SIGN REPLACES AN EMPLOYEE. I didn't see any security people at all.
On Friday I went to the NHS Podiatrist frankly not knowing what to expect because all you read nowadays is " The NHS no longer functions and is in crisis". The reality is precisely the opposite in the Podiatry Department. (1) booking an appointment was easy / quick (2) I was seen on time (3) furthermore the kindness / efficiency and professionalism shown by Vikki ( and her boss Chris) was exemplary. Vikki explained precisely why she did something and gave incredibly helpful advice on foot - maintenance going forward. An amazingly kind / knowledgeable Podiatrist who far exceeded all my best expectations . Verdict: 11/10 ie pure perfect professionalism . PS The brief Chat to Vikki and Chris afterwards was both "warming" and illuminating.
Conveniently accessible centre. This centre is in a prime location with excellent transport links, making it easy to reach whether by car or public transportation.

Always a good experience with lovely doctors and receptionists.
Clean and well organised, request you only attend 5 minutes before appointment time and asked to wash hands using soap and water on arrival. Clear distance markings in all areas and staff very careful with everything. Always pleasant friendly and helpful
No good experience at all..drop in clinics are always full ..no matter how early you reach there. Even on your appointments you have to wait for an hour or so ..and receptionist doesn't know anything when we ask her why all this happening
