   Worst I’ve ever been treated at a store , asked for help with click and collect as the counter for it was closed , staff was rude blatantly ignoring me and walking away as I approached them for help , once I finally got a reply to go outside pickup as I was walking away was called an idiot by old asian women . Staff was also to busy gossiping and talking shit about other co workers rather than helping others , I.e older gentlemen was waiting for them to finish gossiping but instead of helping they ignored him completely

   This store is terrible. They no longer have a direct number anymore, so can't speak to the staff on the phone. The pharmacy is just the rudest too. No help to disabled customets who need advice with medication. I am now switching to Fishpool chemist and will now shop at Lidl, Aldi and Tesco. Asda are awful now. Food always out of date too.

   Probably one of the worst supermarkets for staff attitude I have ever come across. Lazy, slow, uninterested older women usually found ironically on the customer service/cigarette counter. More interested in having a gossip session about other team members than serve and when they do, it's like a chore to them. This store needs a whole new team with staff who actually want to work.

   This 5 star review is not as much to the store, as to its wonderful employee Hassan Iqbal ! Having shopped here for many years we cannot praise him highly enough: Hassan is always efficient, friendly, polite, professional and a living testament to Asda’s “happy to help” motto! There is nothing that he does not know about the store’s products, their location, return policy, etc. Hassan , thank you so much for your wonderful service over the years ! Irina and mum

   WORST Asda I have ever seen- “fresh” produce is consistently decomposing and covered in flies. This must be a health and safety violation. Disgusting. To top it off shelves are always empty and I have to go to finish the weekly shop at better stocked and managed supermarket. Terrible layout, shop looks tatty, disorganised, sadly the list goes on!! Only positive some staff are nice and helpful. Only shop here out of convenience of it being my nearest supermarket! But lessons learned will be going Tesco up the road.

   The lady at the pharmacy refused to serve 3 adults including my mother, my mother is 54 and this lady started giving my mother different medications knowing my mum allergies, unfortunately she never served my mother and we had to go to a different pharmacy, she’s EXTREMELY arrogant, questioning me “ are you that girl sister?” I didn’t know what to say, I believe she discriminated my brown Color and my mother scarf, all I want to say is that we left empty handed, as a normal human being I wouldn’t take the nasty attitude she gave to ny mother, she’s lucky I didn’t do anything because the disrespect against my non English speaker “mother” I should’ve shouted at her but for the sake of my mother you need to change her honstly

   As good as any other ASDA. Proud customers for great deals and bargains. Good location with easy layout. A very long wait for click and collect service. Also, easy returns process with trained staff with exact knowledge of what seems to be a new system along with an out of way willingness to help. Fresh produce. Fresh bakery. Fish. Poultry. Meat. Lamb. Vegetables are fresh too. Late evening bargains are available.
