This store protects the carrier bags like they are made of gold. Every time I go in a hurry, I have to wait around this understaffed store for carrier bag to be fetched from Gringotts. Leave the bags out for gods sake.
I like the halal peri wings but lately when I've been getting them, they smell when I open the packet. I thought it might be a one off or it might be me but after I've cooked them, they still smell and most of the time it's given me diarrhoea and tasted funny, like they're off. It's happened not once but 5 times, whether I get it from the fridge, all packed up or direct from the butcher. I'm pretty sure chicken doesn't last in the fridge up to a whole week, marinated or not as said on the label. The store manager needs to have a look at this and address it
Total lack of any form of customer service. Rude, bordering on passive aggressive till supervisor. Blatent lies and happy to laugh in your face thinking and stating they are correct about an issue that they are in fact actually completely wrong about but not willing to listen and would rather just dig themselves a bigger hole and create lies and speak completely untrue nonsense. Not sure what the issue is with the employees at this particular branch but Senior management really need to take a look at this store and the training (or lack of training the staff here get). The difference between this store and, just for example the Pilsworth store, is like chalk and cheese. It's almost as if it's two completely different companies.
Plenty of choice but only 2 checkouts open the queues were ridiculous. Absolutely joke at a busy time of day. Self serve was a huge long queue so that was no better
Great grocery supermarket. Full of all English bakery dairy, drinks kitchen vegetables fruits nuts and everything. Halal meat shop is inside, Pakistani groceries are available, full section for women kids and mens clothing. Baby milk and baby products. Pharmacy is also inside. Also a restaurant for eat in
auful customer service. the old woman with hair net and glasses is extremely rude, unwelcoming and ignorant. she shouted at my friend to get out and forced me to eat on my own because she didn’t buy anything. i felt humiliated and disrespected as a paying customer. i also overheard her arguing with her colleagues and it creates an unfriendly environment.
Had very strange interaction, with a tall chubby pakistani lad who works there It was near the milk section, he was stocking up the milk Was a weird experience, from a rude aggressive intimidating individual, no smile, no manners , very shocking tbh
Extremely disappointed due to last night experience. A lot of training is required for the customer service. A person namely Dave and a girl (name was not provided even after many requests) have been Extremely rude to me. I have no idea how my last purchases went unpaid due to fault in card machines. I am customer there for last 15 years. A lot of permanent staff have grown old in front of my eyes and myself as well. The girl with the security guy was intimidating and Dave instead of apologising came across and threatened me I'm a loud voice. I would request senior management to look at the cctv footage as i reserve my right to start the proceedings against the store. Why would staff refuse to give her name if she hadn't done anything wrong? And what's the purpose of name badge? I will call to management today. I will send an email with details of the incident. I think I may involve police for harassment by Dave and that unknown girl. I have no means to reply Tasha's comments. I can further state that it can be verified with the security officer last night. My complaint is against the girl and Dave. I can visit store anytime and will ask for tasha for further details and formal complaint.
Nice supermarket. Not too expensive. Great deals to be had and even better with asda rewards. Staff seem a bit rude on self checkouts, which most of the store now has become. The ladies at customer service have been lovely and able to help me with exchanges and queries. Toilets could do with some upkeep
