   I went in for advice on hay-fever and was given the best service so I went back and they took my blood pressure and found it was a little high.they then gave me a monitor to take home and put my mind at ease. I am really happy with the service provided. Thank you.

   Aziz, Asmah and all IQ staff and drivers provide a 5 star service. Having a second branch at Fishpool Aziz has 3 times in the past year sorted out specific meds needed in emergency situations. I very rarely need to visit the pharmacy in person due to the fast and accurate deliveries both my husband and constantly receive bearing in mind that we are both prescribed 14 different medications each. We have been with them since they took over the business many years ago and whilst there were a few hiccups along the way whilst they settled in we have absolutely nothing to complain about now. With the changes taking place in Princess parade we were worried about losing them but I understand that in the next few months a brand new pharmacy will be opening enabling them to store and dispense even more efficiently. I would totally reccomend them.

   Absolute shocking service. Left this pharmacy as was taking over a week to get vital medication. Found a much better pharmacy that delivered medication the same day. OQ Pharmacy keep nominating me back without my permission having access to my personal information so I shall be complaining to as high as I can take it. I rag IQ Pharmacy who tried to tell me my GP Surgery must have referred me back which is an absolute lie. Bad service, rocky staff, money grabbers sourcing patients which complex needs on lots of medication to get commission on their medication

   We took a prescription to this chemist the other day, but they didn't have the nasal spray in stock. However, every chemist we had tried before hadn't got it in stock, but none of them offered to order it like this pharmacy did. We were able to pick it up the next day which we thought was excellent service. Thank you IQ Pharmacy for being so helpful.

   I just like to say the staff at IQ pharmacy I really really good and caring towards their customers and I would like people to treat them with respect because they are very very nice people you will not get a good pharmacy like this anywhere else that looks after you and speak to you really nice you're mean they've got good quality staff and I just like to say thanks for everything you do for me you're brilliant

   If i could give this chemist zero stars i would. My adhd medication was sent here by lancs as i had not nominated a chemist due to missed communication. I decided after talking to them that i would stick with this chemist as thry can deliver. The 1st lost of my adhd medication arrived prompt however after this i have had missing prescriptions, false information and now today the incorrect amount of medication. I am unable to ring and change because the delivery driver come at 5 past 7 and they are shut. Its just error after error after error. Im now nearly 3 weeks without medication and 2 weeks prior to that on an incorrect dosage. I will never ever use this service again. SHOCKING
