Both Becky and Judi are so kind, and so delightful! My dog (and I) appreciate the high-quality treats and food, as well as the attention, and it is always a pleasure to visit. I also really love the attention to both animal health *and* environmental sustainability in the products and packaging.
Always a joy to visit Betty and Butch - delighted to have it back. Judi always gives us a warm welcome , great advice when needed and there are so many tasty treats to bring back home. I must add that Chilli loves his B&B kibble whichever flavour he has.
We took our big bouncy puppy, Indie, to pick out a toy and get a much needed raincoat. What amazing service! Indie left with a big purple platypus (her choice) and a beautiful yellow raincoat - worn straightaway and just in time for a Manchester rain storm…….. we’ll be back for sure
I’ve just been in to visit this store and received great service and advice from Judy and Becky. A really lovely store with great products. A good range of treats and really well laid out. I’ll definitely be going back soon.
Great store, catering for all manner of dogs - their range is excellent. Staff are always very helpful, Judy who works there is so helpful and always helps me with any problems I have regarding my dog. If like me who owns a new puppy and need questions answered in case I'm doing something wrong, Betty and Butch is the place to go. Thank you Judy for all your help and advice, Shannon
