I have suffered with alopecia for I would say around 10 years and have worn full head wigs. With this I have been to many salons to enquire regards mesh integration and have on many occasions come away not feeling very confident so put it on the back burner. I enquired with Sistachic and made an appointment to have a consultation. I had my consultation with Chelsey who I must say is absolutely amazing and so down to earth. We talked about my past experiences and what I was looking to achieve. Chelsey talked me through everything and went through all the pros and cons to having the hair integration system installed. We went through the type of hair I wanted and colour, length etc. she quoted me a reasonable price, which I was happy with. Two weeks after the consultation I went and had the hair system installed which was a closure and one double weft row of extensions. On the day the team were amazing and made me feel so safe and secure and I felt that everything was going to be okay. Chelsey did the install and was really good and very fast she obviously has done quite a number of installs and was very confident snd skilled. I had another lady cut my hair and style (sorry I have forgot her name but she had lovely bright red/orange hair). She listened to what I wanted would and advised accordingly. Again, she was super lovely. The hair is amazing quality and I can honestly say it is super comfortable apart from the first night in bed it’s a bit weird and uncomfortable but manageable. My whole experience was amazing and I am looking forward to many more visits to Sistachic. Thank you so much for giving me back the confidence and femininity that I did not feel I had. Such a lovely salon with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are so friendly, professional, and really take the time to listen to what you want. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, and the end result of my hair is amazing!!! Exactly what I hoped for and more. Went with no idea what kind of extensions I wanted or colour. Had consultation and decided clip ins and ordered there and then. Just been back to have them fitted, checked talk through how to fit and after care. They look amazing, colour match is perfect and feel really secure. The ladies there are all amazing, so friendly and have the time to spend with you to make sure what you want is right for you. Would recommend anyone to go here. Great service

What an amazing salon … been going for the last 5 plus years never once have I had any issues . The girls no exactly what I want and like , feel like am visiting friends . So accommodating and first class services from Robyn and Kim on extensions to the amazing Abbie who colours my hair perfect every time and am the most fussy person when it comes to my hair . Amazing team
The help from the girls to pick the right colour combination was great and the end result is absolutely amazing. So glad I chose Sistachic for my hair extensions almost a year ago, I was so nervous at taking the step to get them but they made it so easy and I will never look back or go anywhere else x
Absolutely amazing customer service, such lovely people, they’ve never made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome, always the opposite. Robyn has always been fantastic about getting me in if anything’s gone wrong with my extensions and has been so easy going too. Overall such a great experience getting extensions, I absolutely adore them!!
