   I'd rate this store a 3/5 stars. On the positive side, the staff members are generally friendly, and the store usually has all the items I need. However, there was one occasion where I, as a minority, felt uncomfortable during my visit. It seemed like a staff member was watching me intently, as if they suspected me of trying to steal something. This experience left me with mixed feelings about the store.

   I'm a bit puzzled by the negative comments about the staff. I've been in this store numerous time to pick up a few things and found the staff always polite and helpful. Overall this store has most of the general housing items you would require and most items are reasonably priced.

   Awful staff. I hate going in this shop because the women who work there are SO miserable and angry and hostile looking. If you buy anything they always look outraged that they have to actually serve someone. They NEVER say thank you or please either. I've witnessed customers asking for assistance or how much the price of something is and these women especially the one with the pink in her hair is snappy and aggressive and says "Dunno" "Well if it ent there we ent got it". The women who work in here have no idea how to be personable. Thankfully there is a hardware shop opened up across the road and there are at least 2 others in the area as well as Cheap as Chips that we can use instead. Use any of the other hardware shops and avoid this place!

   Staff not very polite, very unprofessional when it come to dealing with customers. Strongly advise for further training, considering it was type of £1 land before .. things are over priced.. better going pound land.

   The cashier was vile. She made me stand waiting unnecessarily while she priced a box full of hand sanitisers even though she could see I was waiting to pay when I asked her can I pay she replied with attitude almost as if to see idiot I'm busy saying "yea I'm doing this" then she decided to take out a Stanley knife and fold the box that the santisers came in and cut the tape off it. Poor customer service and they'll not get my money again... also not once did she say please or thank you!
