The staff here are AWESOME! so friendly, so helpful and always have a big smile and look like they are genuinely pleased to chat to you
Most awful Starbucks I’ve ever been to, burnt toastie and returned it, only for the colleague to have a lack of customer service. Ignored for 10 minutes at the till. No stickers on the coffees for dietary requirements and customer service was none existent. Starbucks of you want high prices, sort of your colleagues as I won’t be returning to this one and I am a gold member
Next to no food available when I visited which was very disappointing, the staff were working hard and gave great service.
I grabbed a quick coffee here after a stressful day and needed somewhere peaceful and quiet. It was definitely the quieter end of the day, but the staff who served me still had a lovely upbeat mood, and Meg, you restored my faith in humanity. Good coffee, great staff. Thank you so much!
Yum yum cakes! I had caramel biscuits cake it was delicious very moist and tasty. We visited sat afternoon so it was steady. We didnt wait long to be served or for our drinks. There didn't seem enough chairs to go with the tables? And one of the toilets was blocked (that's why I gave only 4 stars) However nice visit and will return in the future.
It's a Starbuck but it's a good one the staff always seem really helpful and the coffee is good. Some places tend to over push the blonde roast but this one is not too pushy which I really like.
Clean but food expensive. We were only given a small wooden knife which did not cut through toastie at all. Comfy seats taken up with people on computers,not eating anything. Music too loud.
