I'm baffled that somebody trained to make coffee can make a latte so flat. No microform, no silly milk. Like it been heater in a microwave. £7.98 wasted on 2 drinks.
Our order: Oat milk Caramel nutcracker hot chocolate Chai latte A pesto toastie What we received: A normal hot chocolate with cows milk (cannot confirm it actually contained chocolate) Warm water with a pinch of coffee A toastie that we weren’t aware we’d have to self-toast. Our 12 day old infant is the only winner here because he didn’t have to consume any of it. P.S. we have been told that this Costa kicks out greiving customers that don’t purchase anything. You are located inside a hospital. Grow up.

Really bad service! Poor quality of the products! Awful staff! Really rude and very arrogant! Definitely not taking any more coffee from here!!!
Absolutely shocking. I had just received some terrible news and sat down in the coffee shop, a member of staff asked me to leave as I hadn’t purchased anything yet. She mentioned something like ‘if the big bosses came in we would get into trouble’ The coffee shop is in a hospital! They should have more compassion really considering the type of customers they were recieving. It wasn’t even busy and there were no ‘big bosses’. Jobsworth.
Used to be great before Covid. Deteriorated massively since. Opening times used to be 7 till 21:00 which was perfect for day and night staff. Now opening times are erratic. It’s never open before 8 and on Sundays it opens 11 . I am surprised hospital allow such greedy businesses to operate onsite. Today it’s only one single staff serving for the last 2 hours and the queue is getting longer and longer. Management barely ever seen and they obviously do not care.
They should open at 8am Its now 8.20am and we are still waiting whilst they are talking and not doing anything
Long queues,only 2 staff working, everything in take out cups only, no machine available to record bean rewards. Several tables not cleaned while i was in queue for 20 minutes. Also tried to get a drink in morning around 10.15am queue even worse.
Great oat milk cappuccino and toast here and my mum loves the hot chocolate with cream.
Love this place great tasting coffee and lovely food. A little pricey. The quality is worth the extra £1. The staff are friendly air conditioned seating area. Clean toilets. I will be using the shop again in the future. Plenty of parking available.
