   Price is too economical than other material suppliers, even i did not jave any issue with delivery date but only have concern that mostly they did not inform you before they made the delivery. Delivery team did not care about your order regardless of weather but just drop of your order drom their Van or vehicle and disappeared without covering it from rain. But again i would again recommend them as their price are very competitive and the the team who took order are also very competitive specifically Ranjeet.

   The worst experience with the staff. Paid money in full for my order including the delivery charge, have been waiting for 6 days for my order to be delivered but they seem to ignore me. Every time I call the company they either cut the call or someone says it will be delivered the next day, even spoke to the boss but he is a number one liar and and is simply ignoring his customer. Please be careful when you order from here, do not trust this company as well, the company seems to be big headed since they think they are making a lot of money! Still waiting for my delivery till this day and it is getting pathetic!!!

   I placed an order 23/06/2025 on Monday and was informed that delivery would take place on Thursday or Friday It’s now Tuesday 01/07/25—nine days later—and I still haven’t received my delivery. I called to follow up, and someone answered saying they would look into it and get back to me. I waited, but no one called. So I rang again, and again and every time they took my phone number and invoice number and they said they will call back but unfortunately not.after several attempts, someone finally answered and said they were “very busy.” It was clear he wasn’t interested in speaking with me. He told me to call back around 4 pm if I still hadn’t received the delivery. When I asked what would actually happen if I called back then—whether a special delivery would be arranged given I’ve been waiting for six days and my builders are on site—his response was, “I don’t know.” I asked to speak to a manager, and he replied, “There is no manager—he is in meetings and he then put the phone down. If the owner doesn’t know what’s going on with customer orders and this is the level of service provided, it speaks volumes about the standards of this business. Then after 5 o’clock I spoke with Sam one of the management team he found my invoice in wrong file he asked me apologies for their confusion and miscommunication. He promised me to deliver the order tomorrow morning. But the management team have think about builder and owner losses that they should give people genuine and real delivery time then we can wait or move on another building materials shop. I hope you guys will improve your service. Thank you for your response Sam.

   This is the quality of Cambabest materials, heavy-duty plywood filed with concrete material. Edit: reply to your answer, if I'm not your customer/ in your database I will attach the invoice so you so you can't lie the customers with your plywood (heavy duty) . So instead of apologising for your products, you make it worse. :))

   This place is amazing and frustrating at the same time. Yes it's the cheapest in comparison to everywhere else in/around Birmingham and they have more or less 99% of what you need in stock. Systematically; they seem to have everything in place i.e; wood section, tiles section, sand section, slabs, bricks. The only downside to the place is you have to constantly chase the workers to give you the material once you have placed your order in the yard. So many trucks, people walking around the yard, forklifts be flying around. It is very hazardous. You will easily spend over 1 and half to 2 hours chasing 1 worker after another to get your material. I would suggest that they look into this for 2025; a more practical approach to ensure the swiftness for customers to come in and order and collect there material. But generally speaking; it's alright place and they alright people.

   Avoid at all costs! Staff here are extremely rude and not helpful in the least, little to no English is spoken at this place, which makes things even more frustrating. My Customer had ordered and paid for the items prior to my arrival. When I finally got to speak to someone, I had to wait almost 30 mins to receive the items and the items looked like as if they had been picked out of a rubbish bin. Extremely poor experience and will never be coming here again

   They have some of the cheapest prices but there are far more problems to bother with. They rarely answer their phones, have long lead times for delivery, cannot give you a ballpark and even when their guys screw up by picking up the wrong order you go back to back of the queue when getting a re-delivery. They prioritise the people coming into store and those preferred builders who keep coming back. Stick to smaller independent merchants where you get a good service. The staff aren't very helpful, you won't get any advice, stick to stores with proven customer service, good knowledge product information and a bit of patience for paying customers/traders. Edit: Was forced to return to pick up some extra materials from here as my builder originally ordered from here. Got sent to the yard which is now a mud pit with all the rain. Had to dodge a bunch of trucks/vans and potholes to get there. More practical if I drove an offroader but I don't. Got told the 'afghans' are on their break so no one around to help load materials so had to it myself as they didn't know what the note made by the guys on til were in reference to. Must have trouble with his colours as it said red and I was being pointed towards grey items. The staff driving forklifts were getting visibly annoyed after I was told to park their by another. No win situation. Thanks, my trainers were ruined, trousers muddied, and got a few angry shouts and on top of that cut my hands as I didn't have gloves on (left in car but was being made to hurry to move). No apologies from the yard staff. Why are you there if it's an 'afghans' job to load and they are on a break with no idea when they come back? Very disappointing experience once again. So chaotic and hopefully never have to come back again. P.S: This is a genuine review and I don't think complaints really get heard, especially from domestic customers.

   Don’t listen to the bad reviews. Am based in Coventry and use them as there a lot cheaper than local .Ive had no issues but my last order was missing some 4-3timber when dropped off to job in Coleshil ,I went into the shop spoke the owner Sam and he was more than welcoming and sorted it out straight away . Maybe the bad reviews are off ppl wanting something for nothing . Would recommend anyone to use them
