    I visited this shop from Newcastle twice to request a quotation for steel fabrication. On my first visit, I was told the quote would be ready the next day, but no one followed up. On my second visit, they still hadn’t reviewed the technical drawings I had provided. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Shockingly, one of them told me not to come to the shop again and even attempted to physically assault me. I also experienced what I believe were anti-Muslim remarks and behavior, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place and take extreme caution if you decide to engage with them.

    Ordered and paid for on Monday - 13/03 and received 4 beams on Wednesday - 15/03 all cut according to the builders specification. Cannot fault service, went back for another item which could've potentially cost me ~£120 but owner saved me 80-100quid with his suggestion.

    These guys are brilliant. So helpful and knowledgeable. Had a complicated steel frame built for my new build. They offered advice and installed as per the specifications. The inspector signed it off within a couple of minutes. Was perfectly done. Also ordered two 5m steel beams that were delivered next day. Perfect customer service.
