Very bad customer service. We said sorry we didn't want this dress to the ladies behind the till and she rolled her eyes at us. And instead of admitting her mistake and apologising she responded back to me saying your mad.. who talks to their customers like that.. disappointing service. Not happy
Lady behind the till very rude just because you got make up on you sit behind the counter doesn’t mean your all that she had so much attitude was very arrogant I do not recommend going to this shop whoever is the owner of this shop please do take this into consideration as you already have bad reviews change your rude staff especially the lady who who sits behind the counter we walked into the shop she was sitting on her phone didn’t welcome customers at all didn’t show interest into what was customer asking for completely avoided I would never ever go into this shop
My family went there few times and whenever they liked something either they don’t have sizes or missing leggings and staff are unhelpful as if they were doing you a favour.
Absolutely lovely customer service. My daughter was on crutches and needed to try on some dresses and the lovely lady helped so much she put a chair in the changing room for her. Will be going back to pick up the dresses again. As looked everywhere and couldn't find anything elsewhere, these designs are unique and so in budget.
Brilliant store to shop at! The service me and my family received was outstanding. The staff were very kind and helpful, chose the best outfit designs for my son’s wedding. Couldn’t be thankful enough, even though the shop was busy the staff maintained good pressure handling everyone’s queries. I would highly recommend everyone to come to Jora Junction and select their original Imrozia brand. The prices on their selections are fairly reasonable for the quality of brands. Happy customer!!!!! The staff members very understanding our demands and they help to start to finish and offering great advice and going to above a beyond to help me find the perfect dress.
Unfortunately the staff the one at the till, caked in make up is really rude. I was buying a few gifts and didn’t need to try on anything, however some other customers in the store did and when they left all I could hear was the rude lady at the till tell the other worker how she should have not let them try things on. This made me feel very uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. I also asked for an extra bag and said I would pay for it and the lady out right said they had none left as I saw there clearly were plenty.This was very stupid of them as it would have been good advertising and marketing for the store and also a polite thing to do. Would not recommend this store.
Lovely outfits but the staff are so rude! The women working there think they’re God’s gift. They don’t like you trying suits on, are completely unhelpful and make you feel uncomfortable. Such a shame because the clothes are actually really nice. I work in retail and know how to talk to customers. Teach your staff some decent customer service please! This was the Stratford Road branch by the way. Not sure what other branches are like.
