   Never been to this place before but was in the area so I needed to get a door key cut. Was met by a old man with a skull cap and long beard gorping at me no smile no hello. I said I needed a key cut and showed him a basic yale door key he took one look and quoted £3 I was shocked i rather pop next door to shereen kadah restaurant and eat a katlama for that price then pay for a piece of metal anyways I simply took my key back and just walked out telling him your ok il get it cut for much less and I did just for £1.00 in another locality . Was not a good experience I had found the man rude uncooperative unenthusiastic, lacking basic manners no wonder the store was empty he needs a customer service course maybe then he will have a good chance of having any business. And he has the religious garb guise but not at all versed with the basics of hes religion

   Absolutely disgusted by this old man's attitude, the way he looks at you. So rude. A customer asked him a question about a product and he said he did not know and left. He doesn't know what he is selling.

   Incredible place to watch first class rugby at fraction of a price compared international or Premier League fixtures. Very friendly and welcoming crowd - never any troubles in ground. My tenth season and enjoyed the experience. Food and beverage available to purchase.
