   We had a very upsetting experience at the customer service desk in our local Tesco. A young male staff member served us twice when we bought lottery tickets, and there were no issues at all. However, when we returned for a third time, we were served by an elderly female staff member named Vicky, and her behaviour was very disappointing. She was very resistant, gave us unpleasant looks, and spoke to us in an unfriendly and unhelpful manner. She asked for ID even though we had already been served twice moments earlier. While I understand ID checks are required, the way she handled the situation felt unnecessary and disrespectful. We remained polite and did not argue, but her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. We were so upset that we decided to leave the store, and the experience completely ruined our day. This is not the level of customer service we expect from Tesco, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

   Nearly every time I come to Burnage Superstore I say never again but it’s convenient, however that’s the only thing in it’s favour. I popped in today, looking for children’s gloves, the clothes section was a complete tip. The gloves I wanted were in stock but I couldn’t find, I couldn’t find a member of staff either. Loads of staff in the store but they didn’t work on clothes, so nothing to do with them.

   In here at least 3 times a week, the shop itself is fine, the self checkouts are always annoying, but today there were 4 people on there and it seemed to be a competition for who could do the absolute least in terms of managing the queue, attending to anyone having issues / having any basic customer service. I can overlook one or two bored team members but throwing 4 at it and it being worse is just irritating. Edit - there seems to have been a change recently and the self check outs are being manned much more professionally and quickly

   Absolutely ridiculous establishment. Did my whole shop with my newborn only to be told when in the line of the que oh we are having a problem with our contactless sorry card only. Like who has there card on them most times. I get ok some people co but it’s like you sell paper, you sell pen maybe put a sign up? So people don’t have to do a full shop just to be told they can’t buy anything? Perhaps think of the people? They said it’s been happening all day and it’s nearly 3pm so a sign could have been done by now.

   Always mayhem at tills, massive queues and no one managing. Customers getting irate. Other tescos ok. Why does this one not seem to care about service? Go to Aldi and get cheaper and served quicker

   Store and staff are great can’t complain but why are the parent and child parking sooo far away? I don’t mind parking far if I’m on my own but when with young children, us parents need it to be more convenient and this is definitely not that hence why I’m giving a 3 star

   Karen on the till wouldn't allow us to use clubcard without resetting password on the clubcard account. Refused to accept scan of a card, it had to be logged into the app. This made checking out a ten minute process. Bad customer service

   Always friendly faces in here as I’m a regular here. The only down fall I would say is the cash machine never seems to work. Would give 5 stars once cash machine is seen working daily.

   I hope this woman doesn’t still work here, she mithers people with disabilities and health conditions to wear masks even though they’re exempt, requesting ID even though it’s against the law to provide proof of exemption or enclosed medical records. When we went in we said we were exempt, she said 'Well my son wears one' shaming us, she should be sacked.
