   Finding someone who can cut a four-year-old's hair without it looking like they lost a fight with a lawnmower deserves recognition, and Gemma deserves a medal! Not only did my son emerge with a haircut that didn't make relatives tactfully change the subject, but Gemma kept him entertained throughout the entire process—a feat comparable to negotiating world peace. She has the magical ability to transform a potentially traumatic experience into something my son actually enjoyed.

   Absolutely outstanding service by Gemma today, we brought in our son Luca who’s just about to turn 3, he has history of hating his hair cutting and I’d previously taken him elsewhere where both me & him were left traumatised and feeling like i never wanted to have his hair cut ever again. Today, Gemma saw straight away Luca was frightened, she calmed him with toys and reassured him, even when he was extremely difficult she did not lose her calm whatsoever and both me & my partner are blown away by her compassion. This is what everyone needs as a parent of a child who hates haircuts. We’ve rebooked straight away to see her again and i’m sure this will be the lady we use for years to come and on top of all this you wouldn’t think he’d moved at all with the quality of the haircut. Thank you so much x

   Gemma is the best at cutting my son's hair. We've tried other barbers but no one can achieve as good as Gemma. My son has autism and when we originally started coming he would not cooperate, now he's much more cooperative and Gemma will just follow him around the salon!

   Very friendly, I hadn't had a style for 20 years having shaved down to No2. I decided to grow my hair and have a style again so went to Mr Cooper's as my son goes there. I had no Idea what style to have so left it to the hairdresser, she did a wonderful job and will be going back there for future cuts.

   My 2.5 year old had his first proper haircut there. Gemma was very friendly and offered him to choose a toy before sitting him in a car. I thought it was very nice and set him for a better start. She was very patient and reassuring. We have booked another appointment for him there, definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for great place for their toddlers. And he's got a little treat for being a good boy:)
