   Good and quiet costa. We stopped by case to have some coffees after a business trip to the area. It is clean with plenty of drink and food options. The staff friendly, patient and professional. I would reccomend it even if you are not doing shopping in Next. Note this costa is inside the shop

   Worse flat white I have ever had. Very short staffed. The staff working really hard but too much expected of them. It was very busy. They were rushed off their feet. Not acceptable for the staff and certainly not acceptable for the customer. Staff could not be faulted, but evidently management can be! Disgraceful the staff are put under so much pressure.

   Coffee was what you expected. The person who was looking after the toasted sandwiches was doing something else as well, if paying attention the sandwiches would have been hotter.

   Costa coffees are generally pretty simple however coffee was burnt, so tasted quite bitter and in a "skinny" coffee, was provided will full fat milk. My issue with the food is that my girlfriend is coeliac. The gluten free options are few and far between. The only options were a tiny packed brownie which was around £3. So if you're gluten free, I wouldn't consider looking for a snack at Costa. I did ask the staff at the counter but her response was "it is what it is, we've only got what we've got".
