Oh my! Huge queues inside and in the drive through at 11 on a Sunday. Staff were polite but because of the orders, everything was so slow. The queue took ages to go down and no-one seemed happy who was waiting. This was quite a depressing visit and not what I expected.
Whilst the coffee and food was up to standard as its shipped in from a central DC. The staff seriously lacked. They honestly had no clue what they where doing. They served everyone else before me and my wife although we ordered ahead. By the time our food was done our coffees where cold & we asked for them to be made again. Id personally avoid this branch again.
Absolutely disgusting attitude. Arrived at 20:59, staff refused to serve me. Online states drive through open until 21:30 yet there was a bone in front and they said they wouldn't reopen. Jokers
Drive through quick, but staff member didn't even say a word or respond to "Hello" at the window.. he blanked me and just held everything outward whilst looking away. Didn't even tell me which drink was which and I couldn't ask as he was busy looking behind himself
We’ve been to this store several times and each time it’s been very dirty, quite disgusting actually. Thought it was the odd occasion but it’s all the time! Food all over the floor, tables not cleared etc. The last time we went which was last weekend staff started to clear dishes from tables but not very often. After clearing the tables the staff didn’t clean the table or brush up the mess under it, even though they were carrying cleaning products in the tray!
The place has changed a lot. We still visit a few times each week but there is a different feel now. It doesn't feel as friendly. The management have changed. The priority seems to be given to drive through so inside customers are kept waiting longer than they should be. I'll continue to visit but I'd like to see things improve
Stopped off for a visit as was passing.Seated area was a total mess nobody clearing up and sanitising tables.Poor staff working hard but struggling especially with the drive through.Toilets were a disgrace. To Starbucks Management,This is a food a drink facility,Hygiene should be a top priority, sort it out! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Visited Sun 20th 11:45
I’ve been to this drive though about 5 times and every single time I’ve waited 15 minutes or longer at the window, even when it is barely busy inside. The wait time is not good enough. People come here on lunch breaks and 30 minutes should be enough however the extremely slow service leaves you only a few minutes to enjoy your food.
