   Abhorrent. Filthy. And the staff need serious and urgent customer service skills. Either pay them more or send them for some training because quite frankly I’d go hungry than go there again. All the tables were rotten they shut off half the cafe and the girl struggled to count the £7.05 I gave her. You would struggle to believe this is a cafe ran by one of the country’s leading retailers!! Shocking

   I have been there twice and never go back there. 1st visit I looked at the menu and it shown breakfast on till noon it was 11.30am I was told it had finished then 2nd visit at 11.20 am when ordering a breakfast 21/05/24 I was told the same. Come on asda sort your LAZY RUDE staff out or just turn it into a cold sandwich bar with new staff.

   I come here quite a bit with my Dad and there’s always something they can’t do. The latest thing was there’s only 2 staff members in so they’re only serving bacon, sausage and toast off the menu. Tried previously to order scampi and was told by the fella behind the till that I shouldn’t bother as it’s not nice and out of 10 people only one person liked it - how he’d know this I honestly don’t know but he was obviously trying to put me off ordering it, probably because the staff are lazy and cba cooking. I’ve never actually seen anybody eating anything off the menu other than the pizzas and the bacon and sausage. Food is never fresh - bacon like hard rubber, cutlery is wet and dirty with food remnants stuck to it, that’s when there’s cutlery in the pots, half the time there’s nothing available to eat your food with and you have to then go and ask staff. One lady in particular seems to do everything whilst the other staff stand around and do nothing. Tables are never clean. I watched a staff member take the plates from a table and not bother to come back and clean it therefore the table was just left unclean with bits of food on it. A few times now I’ve wanted sugar for my cup of tea and there’s been none. The service is absolutely shocking and the cafe needs a big shake up. Somebody from higher up needs to come and sit in this cafe anonymously for a week straight and just watch how they do.

   I actually really enjoyed the pizza we had here, it was cooked nice and the staff were really nice to us. Brought over our food and drinks with a smile. The other food here is just o.k., I'd probably only go here for a slice of pizza, which is sometimes rare to find available in my experience.

   I got to admit I have not been to the cafe bit but I have seen it the pizza looks old and burnt kids get not a lot of choice I would suggest just going to a local cafe or a fish and chips shop or just go to macdonleds
