I ordered a pair of shoes, which they confirmed would arrive the next day. That day had come and I had not received the item baring in mind it was posted to flats. Asked neighbours and they confirmed nothing was received. I contacted SIMMI and they informed me the shoes were delivered REALLY!! This is the third attempt and no response from SIMMI. I would like a full refund.

I order a shoes on 4 December, they said the sender is still preparing it and it is in transit already for 7 days! It was supposed to arrive in (3-5 working days) and it seems like it is still not on the way. The customer service is awful. They don’t answer and I paid a lot for it. Please do something. That’s disrespectful, that’s how you lose clients.
