   I came to the salon today for full leg wax service. The staff member who did it had no idea how to do it. Got one of my leg bruised due to not pulling out properly and i had to explain her the correct way of doing it. At the end almost 25-30% hair were still there after more than an hour on only half legs when she said it's done. I had to grab the strips and wax myself to finish it off. She couldn't do anything. I was charged 12£ for it when i shouldn't have paid anything at all. I don't mean to be rude or cause any trouble so i paid it quietly and left but told the staff that i was highly disappointed with the way she treated me. I had done waxing before from the owner of the salon who did it really well last time and that's what made me visit the salon again. But this time I'm sorry to say but the staff had no idea how to wax at all. I came for full but had to stop her to keep it to half only as it was a total disaster and I didn't want to harm her cause any more damage to my skin.

   They have really good customer service. It was not the most ideal result at first time, but they do care and help to fix it. The first picture was first time, it was done in a rush and turned out uneven. The rest of pictures are the results of the second time when it was get redone. The one who helped redone my nail was really nice and patient.

   Had lash lift and tint, my eye brows waxed and tinted and nails and toes painted with Gel for a pre holiday pamper. Cannot fault the girls that work there, they're so lovely and welcoming. The decor is amazing as well. Reasonably priced.

   I got a gel infill at this nail salon, but I will have to go to some other place to re-do my nails. The resulting coverage is uneven, nail polish is partially transparent in some places. I asked for a round shape, but got a square instead. The way the nail artist created the square shape: they broke off the length with the nail clippers and filed off the falling off parts (but not all), leaving some of the nails with a crooked square shape. Also, I asked for matted nail polish but got glossy instead. Usually I get manicure to feel beautiful, but now I just feel ugly.

   Got a lash lift from here for the first and last time 3 months ago. My lashes had dropped within 5 days and every attempt to contact the Sheffield branch I was met with no response. It wasn’t my first time getting a lash lift so I knew the aftercare and what not to do etc, yet they dropped completely and I have still received no response about a refund. Would not recommend at all

   Went in for a pedi as was recommended by a friend and walked out so disappointed. She hasn’t even put the gel to my cuticle on at least 4 toes and has put the gel on my skin on my little toe. All my nails are in odd shapes with no uniform to them and it’s just a generally terrible job. Genuinely think I would’ve been better saving my money and just polish painting them. I was surprised when she said “done” after 15 minutes of being in the salon but now I know why. I won’t be returning nor recommending to any friends.
