    Promised next day delivery. Called next day for estimated time and told 2 hours, to then be called back and told they could not deliver until the day after. Appalling customer service. No offer to compensate or apologise.

    make sure you dont order to much as they dont want to take anything back. 2 bags of Postcrete £10 worth. said 10% restock which is fine. then wanted me to have a credit note. no thanks. first time using them and will 100% be the last. you have lost future custom all for a £10. not a way to run a business!!!!
