   I cancelled my appointment with 5 days notice (policy is 2 days notice) and I have still been charged a £14 cancellation fee despite me leaving 2 voicemail messages. You said that because I didn’t cancel via the app these messages don’t count as me cancelling?! I have asked for a refund and you have refused. Won’t visit again. Absolutely awful service.

   Helen and Rose from AllAboutYou studio recently did my hair (as well as my bridesmaids’, my mum’s and my mother in law’s) for my wedding and they were so brilliant. They were both really lovely and listened carefully and understood what everyone wanted. Everyone’s hair looked wonderful. The bridesmaids’ in particular was perfect - slightly different to suit each of them, but still complementing each other really nicely. They also worked very quickly and efficiently and we had plenty of time to spare which really helped the morning to feel calm and relaxed. So happy with everything they did and would definitely recommend them for bridal hair!

   Brill hairdressers the staff are all fantastic and truly listen to their customers I have been to a few hairdressers before who will choose an easier or quicker option but the look will really choose the best option for you . Can't wait for them to do my wedding hair next year!
